Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Pregarey Forte is a fixed-dose combination oral tablet developed by Sanrey Therapeutics for the management of neuropathic pain, particularly diabetic neuropathy and peripheral neuropathy. It combines the gabapentinoid anticonvulsant pregabalin with a comprehensive blend of neurotropic vitamins and antioxidants, including methylcobalamin (vitamin B12), alpha-lipoic acid, benfotiamine (vitamin B1 derivative), inositol, pyridoxine (vitamin B6), and folic acid (vitamin B9). Pregabalin acts by binding to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system, reducing the release of excitatory neurotransmitters and calming overactive nerves. The vitamin and antioxidant components work synergistically to support myelin sheath regeneration, promote nerve repair, reduce oxidative stress, and improve overall nerve conduction and metabolic function.
