**Amatuximab + gemcitabine** is a combination regimen under clinical investigation for solid tumors expressing mesothelin, most notably pancreatic cancer and mesothelioma. Amatuximab is a chimeric monoclonal antibody that targets mesothelin, a cell surface glycoprotein highly expressed on certain cancers. Gemcitabine is a nucleoside analog (small molecule chemotherapeutic) that inhibits DNA synthesis.
