Ambroxol hydrochloride + guaifenesin + levosalbutamol sulphate is an oral combination therapy developed by Kriam Pharma for the symptomatic treatment of productive cough and airway congestion. This formulation combines three active ingredients with complementary mechanisms: levosalbutamol, a selective beta-2 adrenergic agonist that induces bronchodilation by relaxing airway smooth muscle; ambroxol, a mucolytic agent that thins and breaks down phlegm; and guaifenesin, an expectorant that increases the volume of airway secretions to facilitate their removal. Together, these components alleviate bronchospasm and improve mucus clearance in patients with respiratory conditions such as bronchitis, bronchial asthma, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
