**amcasertib + capecitabine** is a combination of two small molecule drugs with antineoplastic action. **Amcasertib (BBI503)** is a multi-kinase inhibitor that targets multiple serine/threonine kinases, including pathways regulating cancer stem cell signaling, prominently inhibiting Nanog and other factors associated with cancer stemness. It has shown preclinical cytotoxicity and apoptosis induction in breast cancer stem cells and may also affect invasion, migration, and epithelial-mesenchymal transition. **Capecitabine** is an oral prodrug of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU), a cytotoxic antimetabolite that inhibits thymidylate synthase, thereby blocking DNA synthesis.
