Overview

A combination therapy consisting of aminoglutethimide (an adrenal steroid inhibitor), fluoxymesterone (a synthetic androgenic anabolic steroid), and hydrocortisone (a corticosteroid). This combination has been studied for the treatment of advanced breast cancer in postmenopausal women, particularly after prior hormonal therapy.
