Overview

Cha-Xin-Na-Min Tablets is a fixed-dose combination pharmaceutical product marketed in China for the treatment of bronchial asthma, asthmatic bronchitis, and other respiratory conditions characterized by wheezing and cough. The formulation consists of four active pharmaceutical ingredients: aminophylline, methoxyphenamine hydrochloride, noscapine, and chlorpheniramine maleate. Aminophylline acts as a bronchodilator by inhibiting phosphodiesterase and antagonizing adenosine receptors, while methoxyphenamine provides additional bronchodilation through beta-2 adrenergic receptor agonism. Noscapine serves as a non-narcotic antitussive by acting on sigma receptors, and chlorpheniramine maleate acts as an H1-antihistamine to alleviate allergic components of respiratory distress. The product is manufactured by Dongri Pharmaceutical and is available as an oral tablet.
