This is a combination of eight different antiarrhythmic drugs, each with its own mechanism of action: - **Amiodarone**: A class III antiarrhythmic that blocks potassium currents causing repolarization of the heart muscle - **Aprindine**: A cardiac depressant used in arrhythmias - **Bepridil**: An amine calcium channel blocker with antiarrhythmic properties - **Disopyramide**: A class IA antiarrhythmic that blocks sodium channels - **Flecainide**: A class IC antiarrhythmic that blocks sodium channels - **Pilsicainide**: A class IC antiarrhythmic that blocks sodium channels - **Procainamide**: A class IA antiarrhythmic that blocks sodium channels - **Propafenone**: An antiarrhythmic that works directly on heart tissue to slow nerve impulses
