Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Amivantamab + carboplatin + pemetrexed is a combination therapy used for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This regimen combines a bispecific antibody (amivantamab) that targets both EGFR and MET receptors with two chemotherapy agents (carboplatin and pemetrexed). The combination has shown significant improvement in progression-free survival compared to chemotherapy alone in clinical trials.
