Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Physician EZ Use Joint Tunnel and Trigger Kit** is a human prescription drug kit marketed by Asclemed USA that combines triamcinolone acetonide injectable suspension, lidocaine hydrochloride injection, a povidone-iodine antiseptic preparation, and an ammonia inhalant. Triamcinolone acetonide is the principal anti-inflammatory component and is a synthetic glucocorticoid receptor agonist; lidocaine provides local anesthesia through voltage-gated sodium-channel blockade, while povidone-iodine provides broad topical antisepsis. The kit is listed in DailyMed as an unapproved drug product; FDA has not found the product safe and effective and has not approved its labeling.
