A combination antibiotic therapy used primarily for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori infection. This regimen is typically administered with a proton pump inhibitor (such as rabeprazole) as a quadruple therapy. Studies have shown this combination to be highly effective with eradication rates of up to 94.3% (per-protocol analysis), significantly higher than standard triple therapy. The combination is generally well-tolerated with mild side effects such as dizziness, nausea, and diarrhea.
