This triple combination may be used empirically in dental/oral infections (such as severe periodontitis or dental abscess), mixed aerobic/anaerobic infections, or other clinical scenarios where both infection control (with amoxicillin + metronidazole) and symptomatic relief (paracetamol) are needed[3][9][10].
