amylmetacresol + dichlorobenzyl alcohol + lidocaine

Strepsils with lidocaine is an over-the-counter throat lozenge and oral spray combination product used for the symptomatic relief of sore throat, mouth infections, and oropharyngeal pain. It contains three active ingredients: two mild antiseptics, amylmetacresol and dichlorobenzyl alcohol, which help combat bacterial and viral pathogens in the mouth and throat, and lidocaine hydrochloride, a local anesthetic of the amide type that provides rapid pain relief by numbing the throat. Originally developed by Boots Healthcare and later acquired by Reckitt, this combination is widely used to alleviate discomfort associated with pharyngitis, tonsillitis, and minor mouth sores.
