An'erdian is a topical skin antiseptic formulated for rapid and long-lasting antibacterial, yeasticidal, fungicidal, and virucidal effects. It contains available iodine (0.2%), chlorhexidine acetate (0.45%), and ethanol (65%) as active ingredients. The product is dermatologically tested, hypoallergenic, non-irritating, perfume-free, and effective against a broad spectrum of pathogens including bacteria, yeast, fungi, and viruses such as HBV, HIV, HCV, Herpes simplex virus, and Influenza virus. It is intended for preoperative skin preparation or disinfection at the site of operation or injection[5].
