Drug intelligence / Profile preview
An'erlaifu (also known as Anflu or Anerlife) is a preservative-free, unadjuvanted, inactivated split-virion trivalent influenza vaccine (TIV) developed by Beijing Sinovac Biological Products, a subsidiary of Sinovac. First approved in China in 2006, it was the country's first preservative-free trivalent influenza vaccine. It contains 15 µg of hemagglutinin antigen per 0.5 mL dose for each of the three WHO-recommended seasonal influenza strains (typically including influenza A H1N1, influenza A H3N2, and influenza B Victoria lineages). The vaccine is indicated for active immunization to prevent influenza in individuals aged 6 months and older, including infants, children, adults, elderly, and pregnant women.
