AN2025 + AN0025 is an investigational **combination therapy** composed of two oral small molecules: **buparlisib (AN2025)**, a pan-class I phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor, and **AN0025**, an antagonist of the prostaglandin E2 receptor E-type 4 (EP4).
