Anacetrapib + simvastatin (often transliterated in Chinese contexts as ansetropi + simvastatin) is a combination pharmacological therapy designed to manage dyslipidemia and reduce cardiovascular risk. The combination consists of **anacetrapib**, a cholesteryl ester transfer protein (CETP) inhibitor, and **simvastatin**, an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor (statin).
