anastrozole + leuprorelin

Anastrozole combined with leuprorelin is a therapeutic combination used primarily in girls with early puberty and compromised growth. The co-administration of these drugs has been shown to safely improve predicted adult height (PAH) in girls with early puberty. Anastrozole is an aromatase inhibitor that blocks the conversion of androgens to estrogens, while leuprorelin is an LHRH analogue that suppresses gonadotropin release.
