Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ANGel-Dox01,02 is a next-generation preclinical therapeutic candidate being developed by OncoLab for the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). It is built on OncoLab's proprietary ANGel platform, which is a hydrogel microparticle-based precision formulation and delivery system. ANGel-Dox01,02 is designed for peritumoral or perilesional subcutaneous administration to provide localized and sustained co-delivery of a multi-antibody configuration and a small-molecule payload (potentially doxorubicin, as suggested by the 'Dox' designation) without requiring molecular redesign. This approach aims to achieve bispecific-like multi-mechanism targeting and antibody-drug conjugate (ADC)-like payload delivery directly at the tumor site while minimizing systemic exposure.
