Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Anlotinib + capecitabine is a combination therapy consisting of anlotinib, a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor, and capecitabine, an oral fluoropyrimidine chemotherapy agent. This combination has been studied primarily for metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) and triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). The regimen has shown promising efficacy in clinical trials, particularly as first-line therapy or maintenance therapy for RAS/BRAF wild-type mCRC. The combination offers the advantage of being a completely oral maintenance strategy, which may increase compliance and convenience for patients.
