Drug intelligence / Profile preview
anlotinib + tislelizumab + paclitaxel + nedaplatin is a multi-modality combination regimen being evaluated as a neoadjuvant treatment for locally advanced esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). This regimen integrates four distinct therapeutic approaches: anlotinib, a multi-target tyrosine kinase inhibitor that suppresses angiogenesis by targeting VEGFR, FGFR, PDGFR, and c-Kit; tislelizumab, a humanized IgG4 monoclonal antibody that inhibits the PD-1/PD-L1 pathway to enhance anti-tumor immune responses; and a chemotherapy doublet of paclitaxel (a microtubule stabilizer) and nedaplatin (a second-generation platinum-based DNA cross-linker). The combination aims to maximize tumor shrinkage and improve pathological complete response rates prior to surgical resection. Clinical investigation is primarily led by The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University.
