Drug intelligence / Profile preview
Anlotinib + trametinib is a combination therapy that targets multiple pathways in cancer treatment. Anlotinib is a novel, orally administered multi-targeting tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) that targets several receptor tyrosine kinases (RTKs). Trametinib is a MEK inhibitor. The combination strategy involves co-inhibition of MEK/RTKs pathways, which has shown promising activity particularly in non-G12C KRAS-mutant non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This combination has demonstrated significant efficacy in clinical trials with favorable objective response rates, progression-free survival, and disease control rates.
