ANS014004 + PLB1004

ANS014004 + PLB1004 is an investigational combination therapy being developed by Beijing Pearl Biotechnology (a subsidiary of Avistone Biotechnology) for the treatment of EGFR mutation-positive locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The combination consists of ANS014004, a novel type II c-MET tyrosine kinase inhibitor, and PLB1004, a selective and irreversible EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor. This therapeutic strategy aims to overcome or delay acquired resistance to EGFR-targeted therapies, which is frequently mediated by MET signaling pathways. ANS014004 targets MET alterations such as exon 14 skipping and amplification, while PLB1004 is designed to inhibit sensitive EGFR mutations as well as resistant forms like T790M and exon 20 insertions. The combination is currently undergoing Phase Ib/II clinical evaluation to determine safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy.
