Overview

This is an investigational, hospital-developed **autologous anti-BCMA CAR-T-cell therapy** evaluated by Shenzhen Second People's Hospital for relapsed or refractory BCMA-positive multiple myeloma. Patient T cells are engineered ex vivo to express a chimeric antigen receptor directed against B-cell maturation antigen, enabling CAR-T-cell activation and cytotoxic elimination of BCMA-expressing malignant plasma cells. The material is not assigned a unique product code, INN, or brand name and represents a site-specific BCMA CAR-T program studied in the Phase I trial NCT03767725.
