ANV600 + pembrolizumab

ANV600 + pembrolizumab is an investigational combination therapy for advanced solid tumors. ANV600, developed by Anaveon, is a novel immuno-oncology agent that combines a non-blocking anti-PD-1 antibody with an IL-2Rβ/γ selective IL-2 agonist. This design targets and activates tumor-specific T cells, enhancing their proliferation and tumor-killing capacity. Pembrolizumab (Keytruda), developed by Merck & Co., is a humanized monoclonal antibody that blocks the PD-1 receptor on T cells, preventing cancer cells from evading immune detection.
