Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**Anzutresgene autoleucel + nivolumab** is a combination drug therapy composed of a genetically modified autologous T-cell receptor (TCR) therapy (anzutresgene autoleucel) and a monoclonal antibody immune checkpoint inhibitor (nivolumab). Anzutresgene autoleucel is an engineered TCR T-cell therapy targeting specific tumor antigens expressed in certain cancers. Nivolumab is a PD-1 (Programmed Death-1) checkpoint inhibitor monoclonal antibody that works by blocking the PD-1 protein on T cells, enabling the immune system to recognize and destroy cancer cells. The combination is designed to enhance anti-tumor immune responses in cancers that express the appropriate antigens and the PD-1/PD-L1 immune checkpoint.
