Apatinib + nab-paclitaxel is a combination therapy consisting of two drugs: - **Apatinib** is a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor that selectively inhibits vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 2 (VEGFR2), thereby blocking angiogenesis and reducing tumor blood supply. - **Nab-paclitaxel** (nanoparticle albumin-bound paclitaxel) is a chemotherapeutic agent that stabilizes microtubules and inhibits cell division.
