Drug intelligence / Profile preview
APG-2575 + ibrutinib is an investigational oral combination therapy for B-cell malignancies, especially chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), and Waldenström macroglobulinemia (WM). APG-2575, also known as lisaftoclax, is a highly selective and potent BCL-2 inhibitor that induces apoptosis in malignant B cells. Ibrutinib is a Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) inhibitor that blocks B-cell receptor signaling and impairs malignant cell survival. This regimen is being tested for synergistic anti-tumor activity, with clinical trials showing promising safety and efficacy in relapsed/refractory and treatment-naïve populations[1][3][4][5][6].
