APG-2575 + pomalidomide + dexamethasone is an investigational oral combination therapy being evaluated primarily for **relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma** and immunoglobulin light-chain (AL) amyloidosis. APG-2575 (lisaftoclax) is a **selective BCL-2 inhibitor** that induces apoptosis in malignant cells overexpressing BCL-2. Pomalidomide is an immunomodulatory drug (IMiD) that augments anti-myeloma activity through direct tumoricidal action and enhancing immune effector function, while dexamethasone is a glucocorticoid acting as an anti-inflammatory and apoptosis-inducing agent.
