This platform includes a replicase component that amplifies intracellular mRNA levels, allowing for sustained antigenic protein expression at lower doses compared to conventional mRNA vaccines. The adjuvanted influenza vaccine component is a seasonal quadrivalent vaccine (typically utilizing the MF59 adjuvant system) designed to protect against four strains of influenza.
