argatroban + aspirin + gammaglobulin + prednisolone

This is a combination therapy consisting of argatroban (a direct thrombin inhibitor), aspirin (an antiplatelet agent), intravenous immunoglobulin (gammaglobulin), and prednisolone (a corticosteroid). While argatroban and aspirin combinations have been studied for prevention of coronary thrombosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke, the specific four-drug combination including gammaglobulin and prednisolone is not well-documented in the literature. Argatroban is a synthetic direct thrombin inhibitor used for prevention and treatment of thrombosis, particularly in patients with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT).
