Overview

A combination of aripiprazole (an atypical antipsychotic) and duloxetine (a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor). When used together, duloxetine significantly increases aripiprazole blood levels by inhibiting CYP2D6 and CYP3A4 enzymes. This combination is sometimes used for treatment-resistant depression, with aripiprazole augmenting the antidepressant effects of duloxetine.
