Armodafinil is a wakefulness-promoting agent used to treat excessive sleepiness associated with narcolepsy, obstructive sleep apnea, or shift work disorder. It is the R-enantiomer of modafinil. Minocycline is a second-generation tetracycline antibiotic with anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective properties, used for bacterial infections and investigated for neuropsychiatric disorders. The combination of armodafinil and minocycline has not been established as a standard therapy but may be considered in research contexts for potential synergistic effects on cognition or neuroprotection.
