Drug intelligence / Profile preview
ASP1948 + pembrolizumab is a combination of an investigational monoclonal antibody (ASP1948) with pembrolizumab, a marketed anti-PD-1 checkpoint inhibitor. ASP1948 targets an immune modulatory receptor and is being studied for its ability to enhance anti-tumor immune response. Pembrolizumab blocks PD-1, amplifying T-cell mediated anti-tumor activity. The combination is under investigation primarily in advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, colorectal cancer, and breast cancer.
