ASP8374 + pembrolizumab

ASP8374 + pembrolizumab is a combination immunotherapy regimen consisting of ASP8374, a fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody that antagonizes the immune checkpoint receptor TIGIT, and pembrolizumab, a monoclonal antibody checkpoint inhibitor targeting programmed death-1 (PD-1).
