Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AT-01 is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) developed by Axcynsis Therapeutics that targets Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Like Orphan Receptor 1 (ROR1). The drug is constructed using the company's proprietary Antibody-X Conjugate (AXC) platform and incorporates the AxcynDOT cytotoxic payload. ROR1 is an onco-embryonic protein that is highly expressed in various hematological and solid malignancies but is largely absent from healthy adult tissues, making it a highly selective target for cancer therapy. AT-01 is designed to bind to ROR1 on the surface of tumor cells, undergo internalization, and release its potent AxcynDOT payload to induce targeted cell death while minimizing off-target toxicity.
