Drug intelligence / Profile preview
AT-202 is a fully human bispecific antibody developed by Adept Biopharmaceutical, currently in preclinical development for the treatment of solid tumors. It is designed as a Natural Killer (NK) cell engager that simultaneously targets a multi-transmembrane tumor antigen and an NK cell receptor (NKR). By bridging NK cells and tumor cells, AT-202 facilitates the activation of the innate immune system to specifically recognize and eliminate cancer cells. This approach aims to overcome the limitations of traditional monoclonal antibodies by enhancing the recruitment and cytotoxic activity of NK cells within the tumor microenvironment.
