AT-527 + midazolam

AT-527 + midazolam is a combination of two pharmaceutical agents. AT-527 is a novel modified guanosine nucleotide prodrug inhibitor targeting the hepatitis C virus (HCV) NS5B polymerase, designed to have increased antiviral activity and improved metabolic stability compared to earlier agents in its class[6].
