ateganosine + cemiplimab

Ateganosine (also known as THIO or 6-thio-2'-deoxyguanosine) combined with cemiplimab (Libtayo) is an investigational combination therapy for advanced non–small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), particularly in patients who are resistant to immune checkpoint inhibitors. Ateganosine is a telomere-targeting agent that induces telomere dysfunction and subsequent cancer cell death. Cemiplimab is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1), thereby enhancing T-cell mediated antitumor responses. The combination has shown clinical activity and was well tolerated in phase 2 studies of ICI-resistant NSCLC[2][3].
