Atezolizumab + cisplatin + gemcitabine is a combination regimen used in oncology clinical trials, particularly for bladder cancer and urothelial carcinoma. It combines atezolizumab, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1), with cisplatin and gemcitabine, two cytotoxic chemotherapy agents.
