Overview

Atezolizumab + evolocumab is an unbranded combination of two monoclonal antibody drugs: atezolizumab and evolocumab. - **Atezolizumab** is a humanized monoclonal antibody targeting programmed cell death 1 ligand 1 (PD-L1), used to block interaction between PD-L1 and PD-1/B7-1, thereby releasing inhibition on anti-tumor immune responses, and is classified as an immune checkpoint inhibitor primarily indicated in oncology[2]. - **Evolocumab** is a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9), a protein involved in LDL receptor degradation; inhibition leads to increased clearance of LDL cholesterol from the blood and is indicated in hyperlipidemia and cardiovascular risk reduction[4][6]. There is no evidence this specific two-drug combination (without other components such as a statin) is used or studied together for any approved indication. Both drugs are typically used separately, with evolocumab sometimes combined with statins, and atezolizumab used alone or in combination with other oncology agents. No clinical trial or study has reported on the use of atezolizumab combined with evolocumab as a defined regimen.
