atorvastatin + clopidogrel (Elbrit Life Sciences)

Britrova CV (also marketed as Britorva CV) is a fixed-dose combination of atorvastatin, an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor (statin), and clopidogrel, an antiplatelet agent. Developed by Elbrit Life Sciences, it is approved for the prevention of cardiovascular events such as myocardial infarction and stroke, as well as the management of hypercholesterolemia and hyperlipidemia. Atorvastatin works by inhibiting 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase (HMGCR) in the liver, thereby reducing cholesterol synthesis and lowering low-density lipoprotein (LDL) and triglyceride levels. Clopidogrel is a prodrug that is metabolized to an active form that irreversibly inhibits the P2Y purinoceptor 12 (P2RY12) on platelets, preventing ADP-induced platelet aggregation and reducing the risk of blood clot formation.
