Overview

Autologous chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy developed by Hebei Senlang Biotechnology for the treatment of relapsed or refractory Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). This therapeutic approach involves genetically modifying a patient's own T cells to express chimeric antigen receptors (CARs) that specifically target antigens expressed on lymphoma cells, such as CD19, CD22, CD30, CD7, or CD79a. Once infused back into the patient, these engineered T cells recognize and eliminate malignant cells. The therapy is currently being evaluated in multicenter clinical trials to assess safety and efficacy across various NHL subtypes, including aggressive forms like Burkitt lymphoma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, as well as indolent forms like follicular lymphoma.
