**Autologous DC-CIK Cells + Autologous NK Cells** is an adoptive cell therapy (ACT) combination involving patient-derived dendritic cell-activated cytokine-induced killer (DC-CIK) cells and natural killer (NK) cells, administered sequentially or alternately. DC-CIK cells are heterogeneous effector cells with T-cell and NK-like phenotypes, exhibiting MHC-unrestricted cytotoxicity, high proliferation, and broad-spectrum antitumor effects enhanced by dendritic cells for improved antigen presentation. Autologous NK cells provide innate immune killing of tumor and virus-infected cells without prior sensitization. Primarily investigated in solid tumors like rectal cancer with liver metastases, glioblastoma, and gastric cancer, often combined with chemotherapy (e.g., XELOX), it improves immune function, reduces chemotherapy-induced lymphopenia, enhances quality of life, and achieves responses such as partial response (PR) and no evidence of disease (NED), with minimal side effects.[1][2][3]
