An experimental autologous dendritic cell (DC) vaccine designed for the treatment of bladder cancer. The vaccine is produced by isolating human peripheral blood leukocytes, differentiating them into dendritic cells, and loading them with whole tumor antigens derived from the T24 bladder cancer cell line. In preclinical studies using humanized mouse models (hu-PBL-SCID), the vaccine demonstrated the ability to inhibit tumor growth and downregulate matrix metalloproteinase-7 (MMP-7) expression, suggesting its potential as a personalized immunotherapy strategy. This vaccine represents a research-stage compound evaluated for its ability to generate a targeted anti-tumor immune response.
