Avelumab + Binimetinib + Liposomal Doxorubicin is a combination therapy currently being investigated in a Phase II clinical trial (TBCRC 047: InCITe) for the treatment of metastatic triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC). This therapy combines three distinct drugs: avelumab, an immunotherapy checkpoint inhibitor; binimetinib, a targeted therapy that blocks enzymes needed for cell growth; and liposomal doxorubicin, a chemotherapy drug delivered in tiny fat-like particles.
