Drug intelligence / Profile preview
A combination therapy consisting of avelumab (anti-PD-L1 monoclonal antibody), trastuzumab (anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody), and vinorelbine (vinca alkaloid chemotherapy). This combination is designed to target HER2-positive breast cancer through multiple mechanisms: trastuzumab targets the HER2 receptor, vinorelbine interferes with microtubules to block cell division, and avelumab blocks the PD-1 pathway to help the immune system detect and fight cancer cells.
