AVZO-021 + abemaciclib + fulvestrant

This is an experimental combination therapy consisting of **AVZO-021**, a selective and potent small molecule inhibitor of cyclin-dependent kinase 2 (CDK2) being developed primarily for hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) advanced or metastatic breast cancer; **abemaciclib**, a small molecule CDK4/6 inhibitor approved for HR+/HER2- breast cancer; and **fulvestrant**, a selective estrogen receptor degrader (SERD) widely used in HR+ breast cancer. The mechanism aims to concurrently inhibit multiple cyclin-dependent kinases and estrogen signaling, thus impeding cell cycle progression and tumor growth.
