AZD4635 + enzalutamide

AZD4635 + enzalutamide is a combination therapeutic regimen under investigation for prostate cancer, particularly metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). AZD4635 is a small molecule antagonist of the adenosine A2A receptor, aiming to counter adenosine-mediated immunosuppression within the tumor microenvironment, potentially enhancing anti-tumor immune responses.
