**AZD9150 + durvalumab + gemcitabine + cisplatin** is an investigational four-drug combination regimen under clinical evaluation primarily for advanced solid tumors, including biliary tract cancer. AZD9150 is an antisense oligonucleotide targeting STAT3 to downregulate its expression and inhibit tumor-promoting pathways.
