AZD9592 + rilvegostomig

AZD9592 + rilvegostomig is an experimental combination drug comprising **AZD9592**, an antibody-drug conjugate that targets both epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) and mesenchymal-epithelial transition receptor (c-MET) with a bispecific antibody, conjugated to a topoisomerase 1 inhibitor (TOP1i) payload; and **rilvegostomig** (also known as AZD2936), a bispecific monoclonal antibody targeting PD-1 and TIGIT immune checkpoints. This combination is designed as a dual immunotherapeutic and targeted therapy approach for solid tumors, such as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), combining direct cytotoxicity (from AZD9592) with immune checkpoint blockade (from rilvegostomig). Both agents are developed by AstraZeneca.
